• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

4. Marketplace Transactions

• Sellers are responsible for listing accurate product descriptions, prices, and compliance with UK law and local laws in South Sudan.

• Buyers are responsible for reviewing product details before purchasing.

• Warello is not a party to the contract but may facilitate communication or disputes.

• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.

5. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

• For South Sudan customers, exchange rates may apply at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or import charges required under South Sudanese law.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on the Seller and destination.

• For South Sudan customers, shipping may be affected by customs clearance and import regulations.

• Warello is not liable for delays caused by customs or transport issues outside its control.

7. Returns & Refunds

• UK customers are entitled to rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• South Sudan customers may not have the same statutory protections, but Warello requires Sellers to honour fair return and refund practices.

• Customers must check the Seller’s refund and return policy before purchase.

• Warello may assist in refund or fraud disputes where applicable.
